Refund Policy

48-hour refund window. If you're not satisfied with the Grow Room Environment Calculator for any reason, request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. No lengthy explanations required.

1. What Is Covered

The Grow Room Environment Calculator is a digital product ($14.99 USD, one-time purchase) that unlocks instantly in your browser upon license key activation. Refunds are available for:

Any reason within 48 hours — no justification needed
Technical failure — the calculator does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team
Duplicate purchase — you were charged more than once for the same product

2. What Is Not Covered

Refund requests made more than 48 hours after purchase (except verified technical failures)
Partial refunds — refunds are full purchase price only
Issues caused by entering incorrect room data or misinterpreting calculator outputs

3. How to Request a Refund

Email urbanroot.contact@gmail.com with the following:

Your LemonSqueezy order number or receipt
The email address used at purchase
Brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve the product)

You can also reply directly to your purchase confirmation email from LemonSqueezy.

4. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed:

Your license key will be deactivated and will no longer unlock the paid calculators
Any previously downloaded Environment Plan reports remain yours to keep
Your browser's localStorage will still contain locally saved configurations — you can clear these manually if you wish

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Urban Root does not control processing times once the refund is initiated.

6. After 48 Hours

Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window are considered on a case-by-case basis for verified technical failures only. Contact us at urbanroot.contact@gmail.com and we will work with you to diagnose and resolve any technical issue before considering a late refund.
